Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The spices on the steak were barely noticeable (can taste only a hint of cumin), and it absolutely needed more salt. However, the sugar and initial sear gave it a nice brown crust. Corn and bean salad was very good (though since it's not the season here, had to make a few little subs). Not one I'd make again, but it was okay.
