    Very light orange flavor, even when subbing in orange extract for vanilla. Slightly eggy. Nonetheless, a pretty cake and decent enough. Kept at room temp for 2 days: somewhat drier, but flavor improved (stronger on the orange, no egg/butter taste anymore)
