Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Stir-fried dandelion leaves with pancetta (Brusaoci in paea co la panseta); Mashed potatoes with rosemary & garlic (Patate tipo purè); Sautéed leafy greens with pine nuts & raisins (Coste, spinaci e catalogna con pinoli e uvetta)

    Dish was ok. Next time I would use half a bottle of wine. The sauce was way too liquidy at the end. I had to reduce it longer than the recipe suggested and even then it still wasn’t thick. I think with some tweaks, this dish could be a lot better.
