Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These chicken tacos are DELICIOUS. One of my regular rotations. I like to double the sauce, so it makes the chicken extra flavorful and moist. Side note: I do not like cilantro, so don't include it.

    The chipotle was overpowering, and I overall did not like the combo with the orange.
