Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Great again- added shittake mushrooms to the chicken thighs and added Pak choi a minute or so before serving

    Extremely good and very quick to make. We did this with some noodles and stir fried veg. I'd happily try this with sticky rice and in a ramen bowl. Kids gobbled it up.

    v quick v easy; as others, served with noodles, broccoli and some chilli oil. husband says 10/10 keeps asking when can have again addition - we had again and he still loves it

    I agree that this recipe works brilliantly with Ramen noodles etc. Toasted sesame seeds add a tasty crunch which finishes the dish.

    So easy, served with ramen noodles, broccoli and sesame dressing. Would be equally good broiled or on the grill
