Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used small soup noodles because that's all I had and it was still lovely. I have a virus and needed something healthy and quick and this was perfect.

    A nice simple soup - dinner actually on the table within ten minutes. I used basil instead of cilantro as that is what I had, and that worked well. I thought there was a bit too much lemon, and I thought it needed some ginger. It was fine to add this at the table, and m,aybe next time I'll add the herbs at the table too (son dislikes green leaves).
