    I make this whenever I can't decide what else to do with potatoes. It's delicious as written. I usually steam the potatoes in the Instant Pot, then finish them in a nonstick skillet on the stove. I use the same basic technique of steaming the potato pieces for making potato salad, and anytime I want a quick potato dish. Just finish with your preferred spices on the stove top.
