    No really, this is my favorite recipe for chocolate mint cookies. I love the chewy texture with tender mint chocolate faux ganache.

    These are SOOOOOOOO good! I've made them twice. Very similar to a Thin Mint if you like that flavor, but with a slightly chewy texture. And much more fresh tasting :)
