    I know this is a major change so, can’t really be said to be this exact recipe, but using what I had, I substituted masa harina for the cornmeal, and it is SO good. It needed maybe 1/4 cup extra liquid, so I rinsed out the buttermilk carton and added that. But so fluffy and corn flavored.
