Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A surprisingly wonderful, gorgeous dish - green goodness (spinach) and pine nuts layered with a chunky tomato sauce and topped with grilled eggplant slices and cheese. Can be prep'd the day before and baked the next day. I made it in a pyrex dish so the layers looked particularly gorgeous. (But I did wish I had a clay tian dish from Provence. :) Am thinking of adding a chickpea layer too next time.
