    Not your common fluffy sweet cornbread, but a hearty corn-forward bread. Best cornbread I've ever had with chili, the solid bread soaks up the chili sauce/juices, whatever you call it, and perfectly complements it. It's very easy to put together, and only took 20 minutes in the oven. I took the option to add the bacon crumbled into the batter at the last moment, which just added flavor to the bread.
