Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Serves 2/3 rather than 4 - small portions. Recipe probably could be doubled.

    This is the first recipe I’ve made from the book. The result was really tasty, I liked the spicing, but my carrots did not soften in the stated 30 mins, it took more like 45. Maybe I was supposed to chop them finer? Also found it odd that the writer doesn’t mention seasoning at all, 1 tsp of salt was about right. Next time I’d increase the recipe by half because it didn’t seem to make very much.
