    Very delicious, and easy to prepare. I used spinach rather than kale or cabbage, and tossed in a parmesan rind. I also used broken pieces of spaghetti for the pasta component, which was one of the suggestions. I did wind up adding more broth, otherwise it would have been more like a stew than a soup. Turned out great!
