Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This time around I reduced the ingredients by a third.. worked perfectly (didn't escape the tin this year!) and still enough to serve 14...with leftovers that will make for a great strata

    And don't ditch the potato skins.. deep fry them, season with flaky salt and use as dippers! Yum!

    When she says "allow a 3cm overhang" for a "24 cm cake tin" she must have old yeast!! ..it needs either a larger tin, or a 6 cm collar of substantial style - not jut baking paper .. at the 25 min point I checked the oven as it was smelling great.. opened it to find an overflowing tin, with pull aparts on the oven floor.. rescued by putting a triple layer foil collar around the outside of the tin..... excellent flavoured bread though - well received for a late thanksgiving/early Christmas family lunch !
