Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a great little trick to create crispy crumbs to top a creamy pasta (ie last night's creamy one pot), rst'd broccoli, scalloped potatoes etc. Because you fry them ahead, your dish needn't go back into the oven & leftovers can be quickly reheated on the stove. Next time, I'll try the "spicy, herby" version.
