    Not a fan. I found cooking the taco mix in the liquid from the cans of beans totally unappealing, it didn’t smell nice! There was so much liquid that I removed some. I added a bit of leftover passata and thickened the mix with coconut flour. It wasn’t inedible, just not that great! Surprisingly, I liked the roast carrots in the taco, and it was nicer with feta than cheddar (I tried both).
