Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Accompaniments: Meatballs with rice, herbs and plums (Koofteh sabzi); Soft cooked rice (Kateh); Tender kabab marinated in ground walnuts, pomegranate paste and garlic (Kababeh torsh); Green herbed baked eggs (Kuku sabzi); Kutum roe omelette (Omeletteh ashpal); Fragrant herbed rice with fried fish and Seville oranges (Sabzi polo mahi); Fresh broad beans with dill, garlic and poached eggs (Baghali ghatogh); Yellow fava beans with onions, rice and lots of butter and turmeric (Dampokhtak)
