Bucatini with spicy summer tomatoes from Cook Beautiful (page 102) by Athena Calderone

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Yummy! My cherry tomatoes were larger so I cooked it quite a bit longer, even after adding the lemon juice (maybe half a hour+ total). The melding of flavors was lovely. The additional time thickened the sauce so I didn’t need the pasta water - which was perfect for a gluten free meal. I am not a spicy heat fan so I used 3-4 strips of jalapeño that I removed before serving. Definitely a redo!

Delicious, and very easy to prepare on a weeknight. Nice, bright, lemony flavor. I used just a bit more habanero than the recipe called for, and I think it could have used even more (or some red pepper flakes) to give it a little more kick (particularly given the name of the dish).
