    I used white wine vinegar because I couldn’t find tarragon. I think the extra crumbled blue cheese isn’t necessary. Dish was super easy and tasty.

    I only made the dressing. scaled it down to 2 servings (1/4 batch) and used blue cheese. very good.

    Good although I thought the blue cheese somewhat overpowered the tomatoes. I liked the addition of the tarragon vinegar.

    I made 1/4 recipe, so I mixed the dressing by hand, using white wine vinegar and no parsley. The salad turned out great.
