Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was tasty but was a LOT of soup. Definitely agree with halving the recipe. I think, having made this and the baked potato soup in rapid succession, that I should just stick with the broth soups from this book— the ones that are healthy versions of cream-based soups are good but not great.

    No one needs this much corn soup. Cut recipe in half.

    We really enjoyed this. Tasted like summer in a bowl! Nice texture, and the flavor combination of the fresh corn, chili powder lime juice, cotija and herbs was excellent. Easy to put together, and makes a really big batch.
