Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    This was a nice departure from my Ina Garten roast chicken recipe and the citrus made for a moist chicken. I loved the sauce and it was much easier and lighter then a typical gravy.

    Very good & moist, but way too much sauce - cut amount in half & would still be plenty for basting (and not wasted afterwards)
