    Eaten cold, this was popular with my guests, but there are a few things I would think about if I did it again: I took it out of the oven after about 70 minutes as the skewer was still coming out sticky at 60 mins. The cheesecake was very dense and I might make less of it as a base next time and pile on more fruit. The almond crisp was great (and the leftovers even better after a night in the fridge), but my apricots were a bit sour so I would make sure they were really ripe next time.
