Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Made this for cookbook club. I wasn't sure it would go over, but after a taste (or two or three), it wasn't overly spicy as I had feared, but had a great kick. The black beans (I used well-cooked Rancho Gordo Midnight Blacks instead of canned) really gave it a creamy texture. I would definitely make this again for my next get-together.
