Slow-grilled Korican-style baby back ribs from Korean BBQ: Master Your Grill in Seven Sauces (page 86) by Bill Kim and Chandra Ram

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Pretty obsessed with this recipe! So flavorful. It also freezes well, uncooked, in the marinade. Excellent served with rice and the cucumber red onion salad from this cookbook.

Delicious ou tender and juicy ribs. Don’t shy away from the garlic - it just cooks down and makes for more deliciousness. I made the marinade and put it on the ribs then wrapped them in aluminum to marinade, then put the foil onto the bbq. I will do ribs like this again

Wow, these were incredible. Trust in Bill Kim! This is not only a crazy delicious combination of flavors but it uses a brilliant technique which resulted in the most tender ribs we’ve ever grilled.
