    Can substitute the book's "Seasoned oil" for ghee, cassia bark for cinnamon sticks, coconut flour for block coconut cream, and the book's "Pre-cooked stewed chicken" for chicken breasts. Can use the book's "Garlic and ginger paste" and "Garam masala".

    Really not much different from the Pasanda sauce. Didn’t wow me, but my husband liked it.
