Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I drained water after boiling vegetables, as I wanted a dish to serve with rice, not a very thin soup. This decreases portion size, making it enough to serve two as a main course over rice. Flavors are excellent. Next time I will put cardamom and cinnamon in a cheese cloth bag, increase amount of vegetables by 10%. Very easy and quick to make.
