Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe was OK, but I've had much better versions of this dish and would try other recipes before making this one again. I've made a couple of recipes from this book and both times the final dishes were very watery - thinly textured and diluted flavors - so I suspect that my slow cooker might operate at a lower temperature and/or retain moisture more than the type of slow cooker these recipes were tested on.
