Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was strong on the sour flavor but not so much that it needed any more sugar. The flavor was good but it seemed just a bit off from what I wanted.

    I have sour tooth and not much of a sweet tooth, but even for me this mojo was too puckering sour. The recipe uses some pineapple juice for sweetness and this was added, still the taste was screaming sour. The recipe advises against adding sugar so I added a small amount of mirin for sweetness and to round out the flavor more. Made a huge difference and the marinade and sauce perfectly delicious. Also added a tsp of soy sauce for umami in marinade but kept it out of sauce portion.
