    Always nice to have many different ways to cook your brassicas. I used Savoy cabbage instead of Brussels sprouts. I enjoyed it, but next time I will use more cheese and less peas. If it is low calorie, it's just because the portions are too small - the amount given serves two rather than four. It does fit a low carb diet nicely though.
