Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Some of us are old enough to remember when potato bar restaurants were all the lunch-time rage. I cheated in this recipe by omitting the catsup/tomato paste which I never use in a stroganoff and saw no need for it here. Stroganoff is a natural as a potato topping - the potato simply replaces the role of noodles. This provides new ideas for using left-over stroganoff.
