    Extremely easy dish to put together. I used a picante salsa of medium heat, and then chopped the cooked meat to put that and the sauce over egg noodles and sprinkled cheese over the top. Made a tasty supper when I wasn't really in the mood to cook supper. Definitely a keeper in the rotation.

    The timing worked perfectly, producing moist, tender, sliceable meat. The sauce is only as good as the salsa you use; mine needed quite a bit of extra flavouring at the end even after I reduced it.
