    This crust was made to go with her southern slab tomato pie and it is lovely. I did have to add extra ice water to get it to come together in the food processor, but after chilling it rolled out beautifully and baked up with a crisp, flaky bottom and edges. I would make this pastry again for this pie and other uses.
