    My struggle with the crust appears under that recipe but this sausage/chile mix is very flavourful. I had to top up jarred roasted poblano strips with roasted peppers from my freezer (Anaheim & jalapeno) plus some sweet peppers (red & sweet banana). The topping of green onions + feta is good (& a nice change from a layer of a typical melting cheese). I would repeat this part of the recipe to use in different ways...ie an empanada/hand pie/calzone filling.
