Apple walnut bundt cake from Rose's Baking Basics: 100 Essential Recipes, with More Than 600 Step-by-Step Photos (page 113) by Rose Levy Beranbaum

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Because of allergies; I used Gluten Free flour mix and changed walnuts to pecans. I also added about 3 teaspoons of Boiled Apple Cider in place of that amount of the oil. It turned out very good. ??

The cake tastes good, and I followed the baking instructions precisely. Even so, the center of cake was quite undercooked.

We loved it as well as another family. Used 3 medium red delicious apples that were crisp and sweet which we weighed. Used lightly sugared pecans I had on hand and was generous with the amount, and that was a good choice for our nut loving family. Cut the sugar a little due to sugar in pecans and the sweetness of the apples. Baked 50 min in a well preheated oven, but I think I should try 55 min.

Fabulous! Braeburn apples worked well and I only needed 3 of them (definitely weigh your apples). The recipe was easy to make and the cake was moist and delicious.
