    Can substitute queso de freir or halloumi cheese for paneer cheese.

    We loves this - made as directed except for using some Laxmi ginger paste instead of fresh minced ginger. We used queso de frier for the cheese, which more softened than crisped. Will try paneer or halloumi next time.
