Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Such a great cake frosting, and so easy! I used bittersweet chocolate chips for the ganache and added 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar while whipping. It came out good but with a decidedly dark-chocolate flavor. If that's not what you're going for, add a bit more sugar.
