    As with everyone else, love this recipe, easy to make, delicious and addictive. For some reason I find myself using mostly sour cream and only a TB or so of mayo. Something about the texture (even though I like mayo on/in other things). And as others have said, I get fast and loose with both the tomatoes and the scallions. I make this often.

    I don’t measure anymore. I think I add way more tomatoes than what it calls for, just do everything to taste. Super flavorful!

    I’ve had this cookbook for many years and since it’s Super Bowl Sunday decided to make this dip…I’m so glad I did it’s delicious! And easy! I did substitute grass fed yogurt for the sour cream. Still turned out really good!
