Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I like the easygoing nature of this recipe, but note that the instructions say to put the dish into a hot oven straight from the fridge. I didn't think that was safe for the dish I was using, so I put it in a cold oven and heated it from there. It took much longer to cook this way, maybe an hour or more.
