    Air fryer expts continue! This book has me making my own Italian bread crumbs (in addition to the plain ones I always make) from the bag of bread ends saved in freezer and they worked well here (& for my recent chicken nuggets). I wondered about 3 jalapeños because mine seemed huge and once I had a "mountain of diced pepper" I stopped at 2. Of course, we both agreed they could have used more - I really wish authors would give volume or mass measurements to prevent this guess work. I also think my cutlets should have had more surface area - it was tough to seal the ends with the toothpicks BUT the crispy & flavourful chicken rolls beside a green salad made a great dinner.
