Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I didn't particularly care for the spice blend in this. Also, the instructions were a little lacking in that when making a roulade only 2/3rds of the length should be covered in stuffing, as otherwise the first fold will have double the amount of filling to deal with. It does cook up beautifully.
