Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Love this - it’s on regular rotation and is one of my son’s favourite meals. I double the tomatoes used in the salsa but no need to double the rest of the ingredients. A definite winner.

    Doubled the salsa (minus chile) and we finished it all, although next time I'll use half the vinegar. The meat mixture was delicious (I used ground turkey and mild chile powder). We also added diced avocado. Hubby and I really liked this, son not so much, but think that was due to the vinegar.
