      If looking for a quick, ‘there’s no food in the house’ meal, this is an ok meal, though it needs something as an accompaniment (salad, chutney, relish...) to prevent it being a bit one-note.

      I can’t comment on the parsley & onion salad, but the lamb & beetroot sauce were both very tasty.

      Doubled the salsa (minus chile) and we finished it all, although next time I'll use half the vinegar. The meat mixture was delicious (I used ground turkey and mild chile powder). We also added diced avocado. Hubby and I really liked this, son not so much, but think that was due to the vinegar.

      Love this - it’s on regular rotation and is one of my son’s favourite meals. I double the tomatoes used in the salsa but no need to double the rest of the ingredients. A definite winner.
