    A very intriguing soup... well received by cauliflower hating DIL. I subbed almond milk for 1/2 the vegetable stock, and as I'm not fond of harissa, subbed srirarcha sauce .. I only added 1 teaspoon to the cook, and offered sour cream & sriracha as topping. Did not taste cauliflower at all!
