    Excellent recipe. The filling was gooey but structured, had great texture from the chopped pecans, and lovely caramel flavor throughout. It paired really nicely with the bitterness of the chocolate coffee pie crust. 3 of the people that I served this to do not love coconut but really enjoyed this pie!
