Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Needs the salt rim, otherwise it tastes a bit syrupy. Despite the sweetness, this is sooo bitter, and that is saying something, I love bitter! This is one of the cases where the sugar works to highlight the bitter by its contrast. This one is not a repeat, I'm afraid.
