Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was tasty enough. But mine did not turn out like pastry. Perhaps my potatoes weren't dry enough. Maybe it would be better to bake/microwave them? Anyway, the pastry was way too soft to act like pastry. It did work as a sort of extra firm mashed potato that could be rolled out and folded over the filling. But the edges just needed to be squished together rather than crimped - very definitely still mash rather than pastry. I'd have another go at making it but try really, really hard to get the spuds dry and/or add more flour.
