    I wasn't sure what to expect from this - from the recipe I think it's a dry fry rather than a curry with sauce, but I did end up having to add quite a lot of water to stop it from burning. Really delicious flavour though! And very tender chicken. I'm not sure how much using chicken on the bone adds, since it's a pretty short cook time, but it was very succulent and juicy.
