Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    We loved this masala. I had tamarind paste so didn’t need to make the paste and this saved some time. I added about half a cup of mushrooms and sliced an entire orange pepper - items from my fridge that I needed to use - it was about 80 percent eggplant. All other ingredients were added according to the recipe. I just added a squeeze of lemon juice - that elevated the masala to amazing from good.
