    Delicious. I made with stewing beef in an Instant Pot for 20 min on high - next time I would reduce by half the amount of liquid just before starting the pressure. I added potatoes to bulk up a bit. Delicious gravy.

    This was great. Very very tasty. I served it over potatoes.

    This is a really good curry - and it does pack a punch! I used pork tenderloin instead of beef. Fabulous served with lemon basmati.
