    This was a fabulous dish. I had a bumper crop of basil this year and was looking for other ways to use it in addition to pesto. This was a home run. Served it for a dinner party and it was both simple and perfect. I marinated the shrimp for about 30 minutes 10 minutes seemed to be too short to impart enough flavor. Used a large French carbon steel pan instead of non-stick to brown the shrimp slightly. Also used about 1 ½ bunches basil. Will make again.
